Farm Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field; MBA in Manufacturing/Operations Management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in farm maintenance department.
- Experience in overseeing farm workshops is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with farm equipment such as tractors and shovels.
- Expertise in milk parlor, cooling system, tractors and shovels repair, welding, and plumbing work.
- Intimate knowledge of maintenance requirements in farms, agribusiness, or dairy environments.
Farm Maintenance Lead
Qualifications:
- BTech or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA in Manufacturing/Operations Management preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing and plant companies, agribusiness, or similar.
- Experience in overseeing manufacturing of dairy products is preferred.
- Experience with cultured products.
- Intimate knowledge of maintenance requirements in agribusiness, dairy, or FMCG production environments.
- Experience with GMP, Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Employment Standards regulatory requirements.
Common Requirements for Both Positions:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
