Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of medium to large-scale facilities or multi-site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, particularly in regulated environments.
  • Manage high-profile client relationships and deliver superior service in demanding sectors such as banking, healthcare, or industrial.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software for efficient facility operations.
  • Lead project management initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring of facility projects.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in facility management, preferably in medium to large-scale operations.
  • Professional certifications such as IFMA’s Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), NEBOSH/IOSH, or PMP are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CMMS software is essential.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients or in regulated environments is a plus.
