A leading Oil and Gas company in Doha, Qatar is currently conducting final shortlisting for experienced Fabricators/Fitters for offshore operations. This is a long-term contract position offering a comprehensive compensation package and benefits for qualified candidates with Gulf platform experience.
Job Position & Details

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Daily Rate (Offshore): QAR 130 per day. This all-inclusive rate covers Basic, Overtime, Site Allowance, Permit Allowance, Gratuity, and Field Break Pay.
- Vacation Pay: QAR 2000
- Work Schedule: 12 hours per day, 7 days a week while on offshore rotation.
- Offshore Rotation: 90 days or 60 days offshore duty (location dependent), followed by a 7-day field break in Doha.
- Overtime: Applicable for work beyond 12 hours per day at the stipulated rate.
- Annual Leave: 1 month leave after completing 11 months of continuous service.
- Company-Provided Benefits: Housing, Transport, and Food are provided by the company.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Gulf Experience: Minimum 2 years of platform experience specifically in the Gulf region.
- Certifications: Must possess valid Gulf T-BOSIET and H2S certificates.
- Strong experience in fabrication, fitting, and assembly work in an offshore oil & gas environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a 12×7 rotation schedule.
