Job Position & Compensation
Electrical Supervisor: $2000 – $2400 USD per month
Other Available Positions:
- Electrical Foreman: $1800 – $2200 USD
- Electrical Engineer: $2400 – $2700 USD
- Section Chief: $3200 – $3700 USD
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Manage electrical team performance and productivity
- Monitor project timelines and electrical deliverables
- Conduct safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide technical guidance
Qualification Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in electrical supervision
- Gulf/Middle East experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of oil & gas industry electrical systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Relevant technical certifications and qualifications
