Job Overview

As a Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating precise drawings for façade elements, ensuring compliance with architectural and structural standards. This role is crucial for our projects involving curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for façade components such as curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, canopies, and windows.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings that meet architectural and structural requirements, including elevations, sections, and connection details.
• Draft intricate elements like brackets, connections, mullions, and transoms.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure drawings align with project specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium/curtain wall, with native or Gulf experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating 2D and 3D drawings.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, including structural and unitized curtain walls, aluminium composite panels (ACP), glass and glazing systems, and stone and metal cladding.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
