Urgent Hiring: Design Engineers and Draftsmen for EHV Equipment in Saudi Arabia
Our client, a leading Electrical Products Manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, is urgently seeking skilled professionals for multiple positions in the design and drafting of EHV (Extra High Voltage) Equipment, specifically for Control & Protection systems.
About the Company
The company is a major supplier of Distribution Transformers, Package Substations, and Low Voltage Panels to commercial, residential, and industrial sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Available Positions
1. Chief Design Engineer – Electrical EHV Equipment (Control & Protection) – JRE/33074/2025
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 to 18 years of experience in a reputed manufacturing company for EHV LCC panels.
- Experience in component layouts, 3D modelling, design of LCC panel enclosure systems, drafting GA and fabrication drawings.
- Skills in evaluating structural integrity and thermal design, supporting manufacturing optimization, and assisting site assembly and installation.
2. Design Engineer – Mechanical EHV Equipment (Control & Protection) – JRE/33077/2025
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in EHV LCC panels.
- Proficiency in structural calculations, fabrication detailing, CAD/3D design tools, material selection.
- Similar responsibilities as above, including component layouts, 3D modelling, and support for manufacturing and installation.
3. Design Engineer – Electrical EHV Equipment (Control & Protection) – JRE/33075/2025
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 12 years of experience in EHV LCC panels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN, understanding of EHV substation control systems, IEC 61850 basics, strong documentation capability.
- Design for EHV circuit breaker LCC panels (132kV/220kV/330kV/400kV), ensuring compliance with standards like IEC 62271, IEC 61850, etc.
- Define design philosophy and implement continuous improvement strategies.
4. Draftsman – Mechanical EHV Equipment (Control & Protection) – JRE/33079/2025
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-12 years of experience in mechanical drafting of LCC Panels.
- Prepare GA arrangements, sectional views, develop 3D models, and maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
5. Draftsman – Electrical EHV Equipment (Control & Protection) – JRE/33078/2025
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5-12 years of experience in drafting LCC Panels.
- Assist in preparing schematic, wiring, nameplate drawings, develop terminal and interlocking diagrams, and maintain documentation.
