Zahid Group is urgently seeking a qualified Cost Accountant for their operations in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in the truck body building industry and proficiency in SAP systems.
Position Overview
The Cost Accountant will play a crucial role in analyzing production costs, managing inventory valuation, and implementing cost-saving measures. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production costs, variances, and trends
- Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare financial reports and statements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- ICWA/CMA qualification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in cost accounting
- SAP (FICO/MM) experience essential
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in truck body building company preferred
- Truck or bus company background advantageous
Salary & Benefits
