Job Description & Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and managing machinery in a machine shop environment. Key duties include:
- Operating Lathe, Drilling, and Boring Machines efficiently and safely.
- Setting up machines for specific operations as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Performing precision machining and ensuring high-quality output.
- Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards in the workshop.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field (Machine Shop Operations).
- Proven expertise in operating conventional milling machines and horizontal boring machines manually.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tools, and measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work.
