Available Positions
- Executive Chef: Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Sous Chef. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Artisanal Sandwich Chef: Must have expertise in creating premium sandwiches, paninis, and artisanal breads with innovative fillings.
- CDP – Hot Kitchen / Seafood Specialty: Expertise in preparing and supervising meat, poultry, seafood, and sauces is essential.
- DCDP Butchery: Skilled in basic meat, poultry, and seafood preparation, trimming, and portioning.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in 4 or 5-star hotels within the GCC region.
- BHM or Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline is an asset.
- Candidates must be well-groomed, young, and very neat.
- No visible tattoos on the body.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
