- Supervise catalyst handling during shutdown and pre-shutdown operations
- Manage catalyst loading, unloading, and regeneration activities
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed
- Supervise team members and contractors
- Monitor catalyst performance and quality control
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
