Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and lead teams to ensure operational efficiency in camp facilities
- Train new employees and create effective work schedules
- Monitor labor performance and resolve workplace issues promptly
- Travel across various locations within Saudi Arabia as required
- Supervise male workers in accordance with company standards and policies
- Act as key liaison between staff members and senior management
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in camp supervision or related field
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Arabic language preferred
- Age between 25-35 years
- Ability to travel within KSA
- Strong leadership and team management skills
