Job Requirements
- Experience in pork cutting, deboning, and trimming
- Ability to handle knives and cutting tools safely
- Identify and prepare different pork cuts accurately
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift meat
- Basic education (high school preferred)
- Willingness to work shifts and follow instructions
