Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Manpower Contracting/Supplier or Overseas Recruitment
- Proven track record in Oil & Gas and Construction sectors
- Strong knowledge of GCC market dynamics
- Active client database in relevant industries
- Valid GCC driving license (mandatory)
- Expertise in project-based mobilization
- Excellent client relationship management & negotiation skills
