Job Details

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in HVAC billing, estimation, or project costing
Job Profile
- Prepare and verify HVAC project bills and costing sheets
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for billing approvals
- Prepare and reconcile RA/final bills, measurement sheets, and cost reports
- Monitor project expenses, budgets, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company and project commercial policies
- Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office with strong analytical and communication skills
