Key Responsibilities
For AUTO DENTER:
- Perform dent repairs and bodywork to a high standard of workmanship as per company policy.
- Prepare Job Cards and activate hour clocks before starting repairs.
- Read and understand all repair requirements, consulting supervisors for clarity to avoid rework.
- Implement the Fix It Right First Time (FRFT) process and complete job cards on schedule.
- Manage time effectively to prevent overlapping repair schedules.
For AUTO PAINTER:
- Execute painting operations with high standards, following company guidelines.
- Prepare Job Cards and activate hour clocks prior to any painting work.
- Review repair needs thoroughly, discussing with supervisors to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to FRFT principles and meet job card deadlines.
- Optimize time management to avoid scheduling conflicts in painting tasks.
- Monitor painting for flaws like blisters and streaks, correcting causes as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma; preference for a Technical Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
