Job Overview: All Rounder Mason
We are recruiting for the position of an All Rounder Mason. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various masonry tasks, ensuring quality workmanship on interior projects. This role is critical to maintaining project timelines and delivering excellent finishes.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Execute and manage all types of masonry work including tile laying, block work, and plastering.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for construction and finishing.
- Read and interpret project plans and drawings.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Work efficiently as part of a team on residential and commercial interior projects.
- Maintain tools and worksite in a clean and organized manner.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mason, specifically with expertise in tile, block, and plaster work.
- Ability to perform as an ‘All-Rounder’ across different masonry disciplines.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and safety standards.
- Valid visa status for employment in the UAE is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 1400 per month
- Allowance/Incentive: AED 200 per month
- Total Monthly Remuneration: AED 1600
