Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Academy Performance & Planning Lead to join our client’s team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning, financial analysis, and performance management initiatives to ensure the academy’s operational excellence and financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans and performance metrics for the academy.
- Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage business operations and optimize processes for improved efficiency.
- Analyze economic and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to align operational goals with financial targets.
Education & Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a strategic planning, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or business operations management role.
- Experience in an educational, training, or academy setting is highly desirable.
