Electrician Job Responsibilities
- Run wires, cables and conduits, and install circuit breakers, transformers, light fixtures and switches.
- Use diagnostic and testing tools such as multimeters and voltmeters to locate electrical faults and repair or replace damaged parts.
- Interpret technical diagrams, schematics and blueprints to plan system layouts.
- Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building and safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance on commercial, residential or industrial equipment.
Plumber Job Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and building plans to layout, cut, bend, thread and join pipes, tubes and fixtures for water supply and waste disposal.
- Locate the source of leaks, low pressure, gas leaks and severe blockages using specialized tools such as inspection cameras and pressure gauges.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing faults.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on water heaters, backflow preventers, fire sprinkler systems and sewage ejector systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of overall experience in the relevant field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Must have valid passport and relevant work experience certificates.
