HamdanGlobal is hiring for a Transmission Tower & Structural Steel company in Saudi Arabia – Manufacturing Division. We are looking for experienced professionals for two roles: Chief Manager (CM) – Purchasing & Outsourcing and Procurement & Operations Executive (P2P Process). Open Positions
1. Chief Manager (CM) – Purchasing & Outsourcing
- Experience: Minimum 12–18 years in structural steel procurement, purchasing or outsourcing, including at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Production Engineering. MBA / PGDM in Materials Management, Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
- Required Experience: Strong exposure to sourcing carbon steel angles, W-beams and H-beams from rolling mills.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, contract management and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of steel specifications (IS/ASTM/EN), quality standards, production planning and mill coordination.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills, with willingness to travel extensively to mill locations.
2. Procurement & Operations Executive (P2P Process)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations, preferably in the manufacturing or transmission line industry.
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Production Engineering.
- Required Experience: Strong knowledge of the procurement process, including RFQ creation, purchase order processing, vendor coordination and logistics follow-ups.
- Experience in MIS reporting, MS Excel, dispatch documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and basic financial processes.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments for material dispatch, delivery schedules, documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
