Job Overview
Trans Asia Integrate Services is hiring a Civil Supervisor for an oil and gas company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have strong supervisory experience in civil construction and maintenance within refineries or petrochemical plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction and maintenance activities in refinery or petrochemical plant environments.
- Ensure work progress aligns with contract specifications and project requirements.
- Manage materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.
- Perform field measurements and prepare accurate reports.
- Coordinate teams and communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
- Maintain site safety, quality, and progress reporting standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience with a Diploma or 6 years with a Degree in civil construction and maintenance in refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Must have 6-10 years of experience in the same field.
- Must have held supervisory roles.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to prepare reports and coordinate teams effectively.
