Position 1: Paint Sprayer – Airless
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and work with an airless pump of 60:1 or larger.
- Apply 1-component and 2-component materials such as epoxies and polyurethanes.
- Apply 1-component intumescent coating, including water-based and solvent-based products.
- Maintain, clean, and care for spray equipment.
- Follow paint system specifications, including achieving the specified dry film thickness/coat.
Position 2: Paint Sprayer Assistant / Helper – Airless
Key Responsibilities
- Mix 1-component or 2-component materials in the correct proportion.
- Use appropriate thinners and supply material to the pump for the sprayer.
- Apply coatings with brush and roller as required.
- Perform appropriate surface preparation, including cleaning steel with compressed air.
- Complete T/U (touch-up) to pockets and blind spots where the spray gun cannot reach.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience in airless paint spraying, industrial coatings, or helper work.
- Knowledge of 1-component and 2-component coating materials is preferred.
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and paint system specifications.
- Willing to relocate/work in Europe.
- Physically fit for site/industrial painting work.
