Job Overview
Falcon Services is hiring for a long-term project in Kuwait with free accommodation. This is a large vacancy for Junior Food Servers / Service Crew and Junior Usher / Light Man / Ticket Checker roles. Good English communication is required.
Available Positions
1. Junior Food Servers / Service Crew – KWD 140
- High School graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of F&B or cashiering experience, preferably in a franchise environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Greet customers, explain products and promotions, take orders, process POS payments, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Junior Usher / Light Man / Ticket Checker – KWD 120
- High School graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Welcome customers, check tickets, guide seating, enforce entry rules, and monitor customer behavior and security.
- Ensure auditorium cleanliness, merchandise displays, signage, lighting, fixtures, and facilities meet company standards.
