Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals for white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Support overseas recruitment requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams.
- Screen, shortlist, and maintain candidate databases.
- Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and candidate data management.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Eligibility & Requirements
- MBA Freshers & Graduates.
- Driven individuals with a passion for excellence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in portal sourcing for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, preferably with exposure to overseas recruitment.
- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in overseas recruitment.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- Should have a good personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel.
