Junior Chefs / Commis
- Experience in Mediterranean & Italian cuisine
- Able to handle soups, salads, starters, mains & desserts
- Baking skills preferred
- Knowledge of standard kitchen operations
Service & Bar Staff
- Bar service & cocktail preparation skills
- Basic barista knowledge
- Good guest service & upselling skills
- Fluent spoken English
- Comfortable with POS / billing systems
- Good multitasking & teamwork skills
