Eligibility Criteria
- Degree / Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial projects.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- OSHA and IOSH certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ADNOC / ARAMCO / QP HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project site.
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
- Inspect work areas and equipment to identify and control hazards.
- Ensure compliance with client and statutory HSE requirements.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, audits, and training records.
