Job Description
We are seeking experienced Estimation Engineers for an Oil & Gas Construction Project in UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong EPC project estimation experience across Pipeline, Piping, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, and E & I interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for EPC tenders, MTOS, BOQs, man-hour calculations, plant & equipment, and subcontract vs in-house splits.
- Review RFQs, engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work; define material, manpower, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate procurement for material pricing, subcontractor quotations, and lead items.
- Develop cost breakdowns and commercial proposals aligned with pricing strategy & margin targets.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction Project.
- Experience in EPC project estimation: Pipeline, Piping, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, and E & I interfaces.
- Overseas experience is must.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
