Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, screens, mills, pumps, flotation circuits, thickener systems, and dewatering equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Coordinate with shift teams to maintain production targets and safety standards.
- Identify equipment abnormalities and report to maintenance/supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and site regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI qualification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Plant Operator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with crushers, conveyors, screens, mills, pumps, flotation circuits, thickener systems, and dewatering equipment.
- Experience in mining, mineral processing, quarrying, cement, or heavy industrial operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, or plant control systems.
- Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia are required.
- Visa transfer candidates will be preferred.
