We are hiring Van Sales Representatives in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for FMCG sales professionals who are currently in Bahrain or have previously worked in Bahrain as Van Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve set objectives through journey plan adherence, MSL distribution, quality merchandising, customer base expansion, and timely collections for the Van Sales Distribution Channel in Bahrain.
- Achieve distribution objectives by ensuring availability and visibility of MSL products.
- Achieve revenue targets through proper planning, preparation, journey plan adherence, and compliance with all KPIs.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
- Strict compliance with cash deposit procedures specified by the company.
- Provide effective and accurate reports on Daily Score Card and Daily Activity Report.
- Reduce damage and expiry through FIFO and timely stock rotation.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the van and assigned assets.
- Provide timely feedback on competitor activities and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as a Van Sales Representative in an FMCG company in Bahrain.
- Local Manual Driving License.
- Age below 38 years.
- Candidates currently in Bahrain or previously worked in Bahrain as Van Sales Representative.
Salary & Benefits
- Total: 300 BHD monthly
- Monthly Commission: 75-150 BHD per month
- Annual Leave: 30 days
- Insurance & Tickets: Self
