Urgent Requirement for Saudi Arabia – Long Term Project
Bright International is urgently hiring for a reputed long-term project in Saudi Arabia. Applications are invited for the following positions:
1. Cost Controller
Qualification: Accounts and Finance background is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have GCC experience.
- Experience in handling G&A cost (General & Administrative Cost).
2. Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 to 5 years of quantity survey experience in the industrial field.
- Experience in shutdown & T/A (Turnaround) is a must.
3. Cost Control Lead
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering).
- Add-on skills in Accounting & Finance.
- CCP (AACE) workshops, training, certifications, or certifications from other relevant bodies preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Report and analyze variances.
- Assist in cost estimation and forecasting.
- Handle vendor invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with project financial policies.
- Coordinate with departments for cost control.
- Support project costing and claims.
Experience:
- Minimum 14 years of overall experience.
- 10 years of real and relevant cost control experience in the Gulf region, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with various clients across the Kingdom like Aramco, Sabic, and other major clients across KSA.
