Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans, procedures and ICS-based systems.
- Coordinate responses to major and complex emergency incidents.
- Provide expert advice to management and Incident Commanders.
- Plan and conduct emergency drills, exercises and training.
- Coordinate with government authorities, emergency services and external agencies.
- Assess emergency scenarios, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure emergency response equipment, systems and resources remain ready.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in oil and gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response, incident command systems and safety compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with authorities, emergency services and external agencies.
- Experience in emergency drills, exercises, training and continuous improvement.
