Available Positions
1. Technical Director
Requirements:
- 12 years of progressive experience in the lubricants manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior technical management or directorial capacity.
- Proven track record in successful lubricant formulation, laboratory management, and securing formal OEM approvals.
- Deep practical knowledge of blending plant operations, modern laboratory testing equipment, and international testing standards (ASTM).
2. B2B Sales Head
Requirements:
- 10 years of progressive commercial experience in the downstream oil & gas or lubricants sector, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership/regional sales management role.
- Proven track record of managing a high-value B2B portfolio and consistently exceeding volume/margin metrics.
3. Export Sales Manager
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of export sales experience in the lubricants, petrochemicals, or automotive downstream industry.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing distribution networks in foreign markets.
- Strong working knowledge of export logistics, Incoterms, letters of credit, and international trade compliance.
4. Procurement Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement within the lubricants, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in sourcing base oils, additives, packaging materials and managing supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, negotiation strategies, and supply chain best practices.
