Finance Manager – Leading Hypermarket in Oman
Resource Hunters HR Pvt Ltd is recruiting a Finance Manager for a leading hypermarket in Oman. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with proven experience in the retail hypermarket/supermarket sector to play a key role in financial planning, profitability improvement, and operational financial control.
Only candidates with strong and proven Hypermarket Retail finance experience will be considered.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial and commercial operations of hypermarket branches
- Own P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Analyze retail margins, inventory, supplier financials, promotions, shrinkage, and operational cost control
- Work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Management to improve profitability and financial discipline
- Provide business performance analysis and financial insights to support decision-making
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of Retail Finance experience, preferably within Hypermarket / Supermarket operations
- At least 3 years as Finance Manager / Financial Controller / Commercial Finance Manager
- Hands-on Hypermarket / Supermarket experience is essential
- Strong understanding of retail margins, inventory, supplier-related financials, branch performance, promotions, shrinkage, and operational cost control
- Strong experience in P&L Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow, Financial Planning, and Business Performance Analysis
- Ability to work closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Management to improve profitability and financial discipline
