ASMACS, an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company, is conducting free recruitment for a leading interior fit out company in Bahrain. We are hiring in large numbers for both the Metal Division and Joinery Division. If you have relevant experience in fit out, fabrication, joinery, CNC, QA/QC, or planning, this is an excellent opportunity to work in Bahrain with an attractive salary and company-provided benefits.
Interview Schedule
Shortlisting will take place from 19th August to 25th August 2026. The online / virtual interview will be conducted shortly after shortlisting. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply early.
Metal Division Openings
- Metal Supervisor – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and interior metal works.
- Supervisor – Fabrication – Candidates with relevant fabrication supervision experience for interior fit out and metal works.
- Supervisor – Metal Spray Painting & Powder Coating – Must have hands-on experience in metal spray painting, powder coating processes, and team supervision.
Joinery Division Openings
- CNC Programmer – Must be experienced in CNC programming for joinery or furniture manufacturing.
- CNC Operator – Should be capable of operating CNC machines in a joinery/furniture factory environment.
- Quality Inspector – 5 to 8 years of experience in joinery or metal furniture manufacturing quality inspection.
- QA QC Associate Manager – 8 to 12 years of experience in furniture manufacturing QA/QC, ISO implementation, team management, and stakeholder management.
- Supervisor (multiple requirements for different sections – assembly, milling and polishing) – Joinery experience is mandatory. Should have factory operations experience and have handled/led a section of 30-40 workers. 10 to 15 years of experience required.
- Planner – 3 to 7 years of experience in fit out or furniture manufacturing planning. Must have Primavera/MS Project experience.
