Position: Senior Cook
Job Location: Saudi Arabia (Palace/House)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Saudi Arabian and continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Check food quality, store ingredients properly, and reduce food waste.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report ingredient shortages.
Requirements
- Candidates should be able to prepare Saudi Arabian dishes and continental dishes.
- Prior experience in palace, house, hotel, or fine dining kitchen is preferred.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge is essential.
Salary
Negotiable (as per experience).
Shortlisting & Interview
