Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and skilled Bakery Supervisors to join a leading contracting and manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term project with immediate departure. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising bakery operations, ensuring quality production, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day bakery production and ensure quality standards.
- Plan production schedules and coordinate with the team.
- Train, guide and supervise bakery staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and place orders when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation as per KSA health regulations.
- Report to management and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a bakery or food service environment.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisor or management role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Ready to join immediately and relocate to KSA.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SAR 5,000 to 6,000 per month.
- Food, accommodation and transportation included in salary.
- Employment visa provided.
- Other terms as per Saudi Arabia Labour Law.
