Business Development Executive – UAE (Job Code: MG26/2831BD)
M. Gheewala Global HR Consultants is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading digital company in UAE. Online interviews will be conducted next week. This is a fantastic opportunity for talented sales and business development professionals with 2-3 years of experience to work with a dynamic digital organisation in the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct client visits, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, networking, field visits, LinkedIn, referrals, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team.
- Monitor competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all client engagements comply with UAE commercial regulations and platform terms of service.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Arabic proficiency is a significant plus.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work in the UAE and available for an online interview next week.
