Job Details and Responsibilities
Senior Foreman – Welding
- Supervise welding crew and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, WPS/PQR and project specifications.
- Maintain quality, safety and production standards on site.
- Prepare progress reports and manage manpower allocation.
Assistant Foreman – Fabrication
- Assist the fabrication foreman in planning and executing fabrication jobs.
- Supervise fitters, welders and helpers for structural and pipe fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project quality requirements.
Senior Fabricator – Steel
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and cutting plans.
- Fabricate steel structures, platforms, supports and other components.
- Operate cutting, drilling and grinding tools safely and efficiently.
Senior Fabricator – Pipe
- Fabricate pipe spools and supports as per isometric drawings.
- Perform fit-up, alignment and tack welding as required.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of pipe fabrication work.
Welder III
- Perform welding of structural steel and pipes using SMAW and GMAW processes.
- Inspect welded joints and carry out repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain welding equipment.
Welder IV – Multi
- Perform multi-process welding including SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW.
- Weld carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy materials.
- Pass required welding tests and maintain quality documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience of 2 to 10 years depending on the position.
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Fabrication/Welding or equivalent.
- Valid welding certifications preferred (6G/3G/4G etc.).
- Ability to read drawings and work with tools and equipment.
- Good physical fitness and commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience in Gulf/Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
