SM Group is looking for an experienced QC Manager to join a leading project in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a world-class combined cycle power plant or seawater desalination plant project while growing your career with a dynamic international team.

Job Title: QC Manager
Location: Kuwait
Salary Package: 2100 KD – 2300 KD
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all QA/QC activities on large-scale power or desalination projects.
- Preside over internal and external audits and ensure compliance with QA/QC management systems.
- Coordinate with the client daily, maintaining clear communication in English.
- Ensure project quality standards are met across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold a culture of quality and safety.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience serving as QC Manager for large combined cycle power plant or seawater desalination plant projects.
- Excellent command of English for daily communication with the Client.
- Well-versed in QA/QC management systems, with experience presiding over internal and external audits.
- A minimum of 10 years professional working experience.
- Majors: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
