Roles & Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Perform cutting, fitting, tack welding, and final assembly of steel structures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Structure Fabricator, preferably in steel plants, industrial projects, or construction.
- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes and welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layout plans.
- Familiarity with safety standards and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physically fit and willing to work in challenging project environments.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, or relevant trade is preferred.
