Available Job Positions
1. Compliance & MIS Executive
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 20 years in audit, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / M.Com with strong knowledge of finance and compliance.
- Skills: IFRS, Saudi Taxation, MIS, Audit Coordination, and SAP.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage statutory audits, tax filings, compliance, and insurance coordination.
2. Finance Executive
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in treasury, banking operations, and trade finance.
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA with knowledge of finance and treasury operations.
- Skills: Experience with Commercial Banks, SIDF, LC, BG, INCO Terms, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare treasury MIS, bank reconciliations, and coordinate with banks for compliance and funding.
3. Costing & Budgeting Executive
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in costing, budgeting, and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
- Qualification: ICWA / CA Inter / M.Com with strong knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting.
- Skills: SAP S/4HANA (Production & MM), BOM, Routing, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Key Responsibilities: Monitor inventory, fixed assets, stock audits, MIS reporting, and SAP reconciliations.
4. Accountant – Accounts Receivables
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in receivables, sales accounting, and collections.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with knowledge of accounting and receivables management.
- Skills: SAP FICO, Saudi VAT, Advanced MS Excel, and knowledge of LC/BG is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare MIS reports, audit documentation, and ensure VAT compliance.
5. Accountant – Employee Cost & Petty Cash
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in payroll, employee cost accounting, and petty cash management.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with knowledge of accounting and payroll processes.
- Skills: SAP S/4HANA (GL & AP), Advanced MS Excel, Saudi Labour Law, and Mudad payroll system.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage payroll, employee benefits, petty cash, advances, and related accounting.
6. Billing Executive
- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in sales billing and invoicing within a manufacturing environment.
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com with knowledge of billing and commercial documentation.
- Skills: SAP S/4HANA, ZATCA, Saudi VAT, INCO Terms, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Key Responsibilities: Ensure ZATCA compliance, maintain records, and prepare billing MIS reports.
7. Scrap Executive
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in scrap management within a steel manufacturing industry.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA with knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Skills: SAP Production Module, Advanced MS Excel, and scrap monitoring experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare scrap reports, sales invoices, and support audit requirements.
General Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience is required. Some positions require up to 20 years of experience.
- Candidates must have strong understanding of Saudi compliance, VAT, IFRS, and manufacturing industry practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
