Soundlines Global UAE Office is looking for a dedicated Technical Recruitment Officer – Civil & MEP to join our recruitment and manpower supply team in the UAE.
Job Summary
As a Technical Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and assessing candidates for civil and MEP roles across construction and engineering projects. You will support technical interviews, trade testing, and site supervision processes to ensure the right talent is placed with the right projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Civil and MEP positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for manpower supply and contracting requirements.
- Conduct technical interviews and trade tests for candidates across civil and MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate with site teams to understand specific job functions and competency requirements.
- Evaluate candidates against the scope of work for both civil and MEP trades.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate candidate mobilization and documentation as per client and company standards.
- Support QA/QC requirements during the selection process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory: Diploma in Engineering – Electrical or Mechanical.
- Minimum 3–5 years of practical/site experience across Civil and/or MEP works.
- Prior experience in technical interviewing, trade testing, site supervision, or QA/QC is preferred.
- Strong working understanding of both Civil and MEP scope of work, including specific job functions within each trade.
- Experience within a manpower supply, contracting, or construction environment is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an added advantage.
