Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP estimation experience.
- Mandatory GCC experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, international standards, and GCC construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
