HamdanGlobal, a leading player in the animal feed industry, is seeking an experienced Feed Mill Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Muscat, Oman. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing feed production, quality control, and team performance.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily feed mill operations, ensuring production targets are met.
– Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet nutritional and safety standards.
– Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
– Optimize raw material usage and production processes to reduce costs.
– Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely ingredient supply.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
– 10-12 years of experience in feed mill management, preferably in poultry or animal feed.
– Strong knowledge of feed manufacturing processes, formulations, and quality assurance.
– Excellent leadership, planning, and operational management skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement.
