Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Plan and coordinate video and media productions
- Lead and supervise the studio team

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of studio or media production experience
- Strong knowledge of video production, photography, lighting, audio, and live streaming
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent editing software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
