**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in planning and executing audit assignments and approved audit plans.
– Conduct risk assessments and evaluate operational and financial processes.
– Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
– Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
– Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members for high-quality performance.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and internal control requirements.
– Contribute to development of audit methodologies, procedures, and tools.
– Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation within the function.
– Participate in special projects, investigations, and crisis management activities as required.
**Key Requirements:**
– Minimum 4 years of Internal Audit experience.
– Experience in ERP environments is mandatory.
– Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA are preferred.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
– Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
