Urgent Open Positions
1. Quarry Foreman
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Geology or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a cement plant quarry environment.
- Responsibilities: Daily quarry operations, manpower supervision, equipment coordination, drilling & blasting, safety compliance, and achieving production targets with optimum cost efficiency.
2. Quarry Supervisor
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Geology or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a cement plant quarry environment.
- Responsibilities: Supervises quarry field activities, equipment operations, and workforce. Ensures safe operations, quality standards, and timely achievement of production targets.
3. Cement Grinding & Dispatch Superintendent
- Qualification: Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 13 years in a large cement plant.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing cement grinding, quality control, packing, and dispatch operations. Ensures equipment reliability, process optimization, cost control, team leadership, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
