Job Opportunity: Qatar Shutdown Project
Bright International is seeking experienced professionals for a major Oil & Gas shutdown and maintenance project in Qatar. We have openings for the following positions:
1. Insulation Supervisor (Senior Level)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in insulation works for oil & gas shutdowns and maintenance
- GCC experience mandatory
- Able to manage manpower, productivity, safety, and client coordination
2. Painting Supervisor (Senior Level)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in industrial painting, surface preparation, coating systems, and shutdown execution
- GCC oil & gas experience mandatory
3. Insulation Workshop Supervisor (Senior Level)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Capable of setting up and managing an insulation and sheet metal workshop
- Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, operation, maintenance, and production planning
- GCC oil & gas experience mandatory
4. Painting & Insulation QC Inspector (Senior Level)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in painting and insulation QA/QC
- Ability to coordinate directly with clients
- Capable of preparing and managing QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, method statements, ITPs, and project records
- GCC oil & gas experience mandatory
5. Shutdown Planner (Scaffolding, Painting & Insulation)
- Engineering degree mandatory
- 5-7 years of experience in shutdown planning and scheduling
- Experience in planning and monitoring scaffolding, painting, and insulation activities
- Familiarity with shutdown schedules, manpower planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
- GCC oil & gas experience mandatory
- Immediate availability required
6. Insulation Workshop Fabricators
- Experience in insulation cladding and sheet metal fabrication works
- Experience working in insulation workshops for oil & gas projects
- GCC experience preferred
- Immediate availability required
General Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years (senior) or 5-7 years (mid-level) as per position
- GCC oil & gas project experience mandatory for most roles
- Immediate joining preferred
