The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial portfolio covering Rice, Dairy, Canned Goods, Hot Beverages, Cardamom, and Coffee Beans. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
– Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
– Oversee pricing, promotion, and trade marketing activities.
– Lead negotiations and contract management with suppliers and customers.
– Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements:**
– Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the GCC region, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

– Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
– Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
