KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Execution: Plan and execute activities as per project requirements. Ensure availability of manpower, materials and equipment. Monitor progress and quality.
- Crew Management: Manage crew movement, attendance and welfare. Ensure training, safety compliance and resolve crew concerns effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on attendance, activities, progress, requirements and more.
- Customer Management: Liaise with clients and engineers. Address concerns, ensure documentation and maintain strong client relationships.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Lead and manage activities at site to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance contracts.
- Conduct daily meetings with foremen and crew to review plan, discuss progress and plan ahead.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements at all times.
- Coordinate with clients/engineers, submit reports and estimation sheets.
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)
- Quality and timelines of execution – adherence to project plan
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Crew feedback and attrition levels
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- Diploma in relevant field
- Must have WPR certificate, KSA driving license, and communication skill.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
