Leading Company in UAE is urgently hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer for immediate selection and employment visa. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced civil engineers with a strong background in construction and oil & gas projects.
Position Details
- Position: QA/QC Engineer (Civil)
- Salary: AED 9,000 – 12,000 per month
- Benefits: FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
- Employment: Full-time, immediate visa processing

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and monitor material specifications and quality standards, workflows, and processes; recommend adjustments to comply with company policies, client and statutory requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate regular inspections, ensuring work, products, and documentation are prepared prior.
- Address quality issues immediately and coordinate with concerned personnel to minimize quality risk.
- Prepare and review all inspection reports for compliance.
- Submit weekly QA/QC Performance Reports; prepare monthly and annual reports, non-conformance trend analysis, and remedial actions.
- Ensure approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Method Statements are implemented on site; coordinate hold points with Project Team.
- Review QA/QC organization and conduct quality or technical compliance audits for Contractor, Sub Contractor or Vendors.
- Review QA/QC Procedures and Inspection/Test Plans submitted by Contractors; ensure compliance with Agreement requirements.
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system; recommend and implement improvements when required.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years as QA/QC in Construction field.
- Oil & Gas Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position or above within Oil & Gas (required).
